Welcome to Sea & Tee Escape, our home away from home! Newly remodeled in 2018, we are ready to share our dream with others looking for a clean, comfortable condo vacation rental with the best of both worlds - a gorgeous golf course view in a resort setting only 1.2 miles from the beach in Magnolia North section of Myrtlewood Villas.
This large 3-bedroom, 2 full bath end unit is on the second floor in the desirable Magnolia North section of Myrtlewood Villas. Enjoy the beautiful view from the covered balcony watching golfers play Myrtlewood Club Pine Hills golf course and ducks, turtles, and other wildlife in the stream below all while relaxing on new armchairs or dining on the new counter-height table. Then stroll just a few yards to one of several resort pools for a swim before grilling on the provided gas grills and outdoor tables.
Our well-appointed condo easily sleeps 6 comfortably:
MASTER BEDROOM - looks out over the golf course and has a brand-new king-size memory foam mattress and full ensuite bathroom.
SECOND BEDROOM - has a king bed with an attached bathroom.
THIRD BEDROOM - also has 2 twin XL beds.
The main bathroom also contains a full-size washer and dryer, and houses a hair dryer, iron and ironing board.
The living room with tasteful coastal decor has a large, comfortable sofa and chair that overlooks the golf course as well as a smart flat-screen TV, DVD player, movies and books from our own library, and a few board games for your entertainment. Enjoy free wifi and cable TV.
Cooking is essential to any Italian family like ours, so you won't be disappointed in the well-stocked kitchen! The chefs will remain part of the action thanks to the open concept living all while enjoying a huge granite countertop prep area and the new stainless appliances including a dishwasher for easy clean up. Along with plenty of pots and pans, bowls, dinner settings, glasses (and of course wine glasses) you'll find a coffee pot, toaster, blender, mixer, griddle, knife set and crock pot along with starter dish washer soap, paper towels and coffee filters.
The dining area is light and bright with stream and golf course views. Enjoy a formal meal at the table which seats 8 or a snack at the adjoining kitchen bar.
The condominium is close to 2 of the outdoor pools complete with lounge chairs, bath house, grill, and picnic areas.

Myrtlewood is home to 2 beautifully maintained golf courses: Pine Hills and Palmetto. It is conveniently located just a mile back 48th Ave straight to the beach and public parking. It is also just 1.5 miles to Broadway at the Beach, and close to the Wax Museum, Go Carting, Putt-Putt, Myrtle Waves Park, Cal Ripken Field, an abundance of great restaurants and shopping.
Cleaning services are provided at the end of your trip and can be arranged for additional service during your stay should you decide to stay with us for multiple weeks.
